Maison D&M - The French Property Show Cheltenham (April 2026)

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Maison D&M, represented by Mathieu Dubois and Delizia Diaz, Dordogne properties specialists.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of the promoter, members or staff or businesses presenting at The French Property Show, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

3. How to Enter

  • Entries must be completed in person at the Cheltenham French Property Show during the event’s dates in April.

  • Participants MUST submit a Property Search Form with Maison D&M at the show AND must have indicated a current property search in the Dordogne/South West region, to be eligible .

  • Only one entry per household is permitted.

  • Incomplete or illegible entries will not be valid.

4. The Prize

  • One winner will receive a three-night stay for six people in a Dordogne gîte located south of Bergerac: Entre Pierre et Vigne (Monestier). www.entrepierreetvigne.fr

  • Limited to 6 guests

  • The stay is subject to availability with the gîte owners, cannot be booked during peak holiday or summer periods (July/August) and must be taken within 18 months of the draw date, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Travel, meals, insurance, bedsheets/towels and personal expenses are not included.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from those completing Property Search Form with Maison D&M, with draw taking place within 7 days of the closing date of the Cheltenham The French Property Show.

  • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw taking place, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

6. Publicity

  • The winner may be asked to allow the use of their first name and general location for promotional purposes related to the prize draw.

7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

  • By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that their contact details may be used by the promoter to:

    • Provide information about properties for sale in France

    • Send newsletters, market updates, and event invitations

    • Follow up regarding property enquiries or viewing trips

  • Personal data will be stored securely and will not be sold to third parties.

  • Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in emails or by contacting the promoter directly.

  • Data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection legislation (including GDPR).

8. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • These terms are governed by English law.
